Your use of our services indicates your acceptance of these terms, including any future modifications we may make. If you are using our platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. We reserve the right to deny access to any individual or organization that violates these terms.
User Obligations
You agree to use our platform solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, causing harm to our services, transmitting obscene or offensive content, disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our platform, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your login information with third parties and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on our platform, including course materials, instructional videos, writing guides, and assessments, is the exclusive property of our organization or our content licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for your personal educational purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our intellectual property constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Our platform and all services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue using the platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause and without notice. Termination may occur if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or if we determine that your use of our platform is harmful to other users or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases, and you must cease all use of our services and delete any downloaded materials. You remain responsible for any charges incurred prior to termination. We are not liable to you or any third party for any claims arising from termination of your account. Your termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred during your use of our services or any liability you may have incurred.
